Bridgestone Association Board of Directors & Goverance Policies
 
The 238 lots of the Bridgestone section of Legends are covenant controlled under the laws of the State of Florida.

These deed restrictions, as amended, are recorded in the public record with the Lake County Florida Clerk of Courts.

When you voluntarily purchased your home in Bridgestone you also agreed, under penalty of law, to be bound by these deed restrictions which were recorded against your deed.

These deed restrictions are administered by the Bridgestone at Legends Neighborhood Association, Inc.

Bridgestone is a Florida, not for profit, corporation controlled by a five (5) member homeowner Board of Directors elected at the Annual Meeting each year.

By law, the Declarations of Restrictions and Covenants (Declarations), Community Standards, Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and other policies that are administered by the Board of Directors must be applied uniformily and without selective enforcement to all owners.

The Association must abide by Florida law governing the operation of Not for Profit Corporations (FS Chapter 617) and Home Owners Associations (FS Chapter 720).

For clarity and consistency, the Board has adopted policies and created committes to cover certain aspects of how the Association operates.
