Unlike areas outside of gated, covenant controlled communities, anything and everything you do to your property in Bridgestone is subject to review and prior approval by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC).

Homeowners grant this power to the ACC when they buy property in Bridgestone subject to the community covenants and restrictions (CC&R's) recorded against their deed at the Lake County Florida Clerk of Courts.

Many Bridgestone homeowners new to HOA's find the ACC very difficult to understand.  While they appreciate the "look and feel" of Bridgestone when purchasing their new home ... they don't understand that this is only achieved by a fair and consistient ACC approval process.

The ACC Standards found at the left go into great detail on what the owners in Bridgestone have collectively agreed to allow and not allow.

Following the required ACC process and obtaining approval prior to making any changes to your property protects you from action by the Association in the future.

Not following the process will subject you to fines, penalties, attorney fees and other measures the Association must take to enforce the standards agreed to by the Developer and other homeowners.

The Bridgestone ACC is appointed by the Bridgestone Board of Directors.

Thanks in advance for your understanding and patience with our ACC process.
